VIBE
Back when Fashion Week was held in Bryant Park, The Bryant Park Hotel was the hotel for any fashionista with clout or connections–and judging by the young, high-fashion crowds at its underground lounge, it still seems to have some of that sexy cachet. The trendy-gothic space, with its barrel-vaulted brick ceilings, wrought-iron chandeliers, and glowing pink lighting, offers a flattering backdrop for the glam antics of the in-crowd, and the licentiously named cocktails are the perfect fuel for the razor thin model set. Earlier in the evening, before the party really gets going, the candlelit space is an intimate and romantic underground hideaway: a go-to for fashionable couples and sexy local singles digging its trendy couture vibes.

WHY WE LIKE IT
Despite the connotations “cellar” might conjure, the softly lit space is inviting and atmospheric–come early before the party crowds pack in so that you can enjoy the surrounds.
WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE
The house cocktails are a bit pricey.
