Don’t just pop in for a quickie massage; come for an afternoon of luxuriating.

WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE

Hotel guests are asked to wear their robes and slippers from their room to the spa...seems a little cheeky to us. At a spot this swank, dedicated spa robes and slippers should be provided.

GOOD TO KNOW

Guests are advised to arrive an hour before treatment so that they can take full advantage of the facilities. No mobile phones or other handheld devices are allowed in the common areas or treatment rooms. Appointments can be booked over the phone or through the website; 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or 50% of the treatment price will be charged. A standard 15% service charge is added for all services. Must be at least 16 years old to use the spa facilities. ESPA is a global operator of luxurious spas.
