GOOD TO KNOW

If you’re looking for some refreshments, there are a couple of pleasant restaurants and cafés on site–we especially like Alameda’s Brazilian fusion fare. Because the building is a former school, the mall is kind of confusing to navigate, so be prepared to ask for directions if you’re looking for something specific. There’s less bargaining leeway here than at other shopping spots around town, though a small amount of haggling is still expected.
